Background

After 12 years in the oil and gas industry working across engineering design, construction and operations (both onshore and offshore), I realised it is the joy of connecting with people and bringing teams together which really motivates me. As an organisational coach, I have experience coaching at all levels from Executives through to new graduates most recently as a leadership and team coach at an international oil and gas company.

I have degrees in Civil Engineering, Human Resources and Strategic Management. I am also a graduate of the Curtin Business School Accelerate Program and the Founders Institute Program for startups. I hold certifications in Executive and Organisational Coaching and PRINT coaching and facilitation. I am a certified NLP Practitioner and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

My Why

Every day presents a new opportunity to learn, grow, collaborate and connect with someone. For me it is about making the most of every opportunity to leave a positive impact and help people step into the best version of themselves in all aspects of life.

How I work

Calm, contemplative and centered is usually how people describe me. I tend to listen more than I speak and that’s because I get real joy from listening to others share their ideas and their stories. But I do love asking questions. My approach is to help people and teams change the story of what is possible. To help them reconnect to their purpose and show them they are already full of potential.

What I do

I partner with individuals, teams and organisations to create an approach that meets their specific needs. The work I do includes individual and team coaching, workshop design and facilitation, communication and continuous improvement. I have worked with executive teams on their high-performance objectives, facilitated learning teams for frontline workers and coached individuals looking to make the next step in their careers. The heart of all this work is helping organisations set a strategic direction that reinforces a positive, safe and respectful workplace culture.

What I Love

For me, family is everything. I have a wife and a son who keeps me present and curious. My new favourite hobby is getting down to my son’s level to see the world through his eyes. When I am not crawling around with him, you will find me surfing, rowing, or on some outdoor adventure.  I am also an avid meditator and mindfulness enthusiast.
