My Why

I gain from all of those I coach and assist and I grow as a result. I respect people’s differences and uniqueness and like to see them shine and become more assertive, self-aware, authentic and skilled.

What I do

I’m a doer and prepared to challenge you and your team along the way. Getting buy-in to new ways of doing business, ensuring accountability at all levels and working personally with highly-motivated and emerging leaders are my specialties.

I can work with leaders and staff in visioning re-setting culture and values and harnessing effort to achieve what matters most to the team and individuals. This can be confronting to many, but helps everyone improve. I can deploy a wide range of investigative, diagnostic and remedial tools to get things done at the organizational, team and individual levels.

What I love

I love seeing people re-discover their confidence, drive and energy for what matters. I know people need meaningful and honest exchanges, including those that can be uncomfortable, to maximize their own, unique abilities and potential.
