Partner Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining our community of Partners. When joining as a Partner you need to sign a Partner Agreement. The agreement encapsulates our promise to you, the services we will support you with, how we will share revenue and how you, we and other partners collaborate to deliver great programs and projects. We have two different terms and conditions for Partners depending on your preferences.
Partner Agreement Types
We have two agreement types, a Casual Employment Agreement and a Partner Contractor Agreement. You are welcome to pick the agreement type that reflects your needs and circumstances.
Both agreements include the same Related Documents: Schedule 1 (the “Partner Form”); our Terms of Use (for Participants or Users of our Services), our Privacy Policy; the Definitions & Interpretation; and one of two Terms & Conditions (outlined below). Collectively this forms either a “Casual Employment Agreement” or a “Partner Contractor Agreement” with you and us. The two types of Terms & Conditions are very similiar and share many of the same features. You can see them both here:

Differences Between Agreements
Philosophically the Casual and Contractor agreements are the same in how we serve partners and collaborate together. However there are some payout features, legal aspects and insurance differences you need to be aware of. They are outlined at a high-level in the table.
