Background 

Sara’s background is in communications focusing on strategy development and execution, employee engagement, change management, crisis communications and leading internal communications to support major organisational projects. 

Sara has worked in Australia and New Zealand for a variety of large complex organisations including Air New Zealand, Shell, BHP and FMG. She also has a proven track record as a consultant providing expert solutions across a range of industries. 

Sara holds a Commerce Double Major in Public Relations and Management from Curtin University.

My Why

Solving problems or big challenges to create a better outcome. People are always at the heart of this - things don’t change the world, but people do. 

How I work

To get to the right solution you need the right information. I like to get a sense of the whole picture before I dive in to create results. You can rest assured you’ll always get an honest answer and at least one or two ‘dad jokes’ along the way.

What I do

I solve problems with expert advice, strategies and tools. Communications is almost always at the heart of getting to a good outcome with individuals, teams or organisations. I bring clear thinking, fresh ideas and a strategic focus to clients to help deliver on their needs. 

What I love

I love anything to do with food, being outside, in the ocean and enjoying a delicious vino with a good book or jigsaw puzzle.
