My Why

I run on being inspired by, and inspiring others in, finding small keys that unlock new ways and move thinking forward.

How I work

With an open mind and responsiveness to others’ needs I enjoy tackling objectives in a creative and thoughtful/mindful/precise approach.

“Carl-Johan – to close colleagues known as CJ – is one of the nicest people and best copywriters I have ever worked with. CJ is thoughtful, precise, funny, committed, intelligent, punctual, organised, loyal and ambitious. A great writer and a dear colleague.

“His curiosity. He has an open mind and he always wants to know more. He will know more than you about pop culture. He will know more than you about music. And he will know more than you about the things that people talk about. But he will never impose this on anyone. It’s just something he likes.”

What I do

I coordinate our coaching programs, write newsletters and communication that enhance the experience. Overseeing the progress of all our coachees, I enjoy creating a community for our coachees that takes them on a jouney from learning to being.

What I love

Finding peace through long runs and direction with good music. Spending time with friends and of course my family and three children.
